  • Jim is a Principal at Tower Arch Capital. Prior to joining Tower Arch, he was a Vice President at CVF Capital Partners in Sacramento. While at CVF, Jim invested both debt and equity securities in lower-middle market companies across multiple industries. Jim received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Finance, Economics, and International Business, summa cum laude, from Utah State University. He is also a CFA® charterholder.

  • David is a Partner at Tower Arch Capital. Prior to joining Tower Arch Capital, he was a Principal at The Halifax Group and also worked at Leucadia National Corporation. David began his career in the investment banking groups at Deutsche Bank Securities and UBS Investment Bank. David received his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies, summa cum laude, from The University of Utah. He is a member of the Board of Directors of APIC, Miller Industries, Panoramic Doors, Syracuse Utilities, and S&N Infrastructure Services.

  • Tom is the Chief Financial Officer at Tower Arch Capital. Prior to Tower Arch, he was the Controller at Peterson Partners and was responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of several private equity and venture capital funds. Tom began his career at KPMG working with a variety of both publicly traded and private enterprises across various industries. Tom received his Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Utah. Tom is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and is accredited in business valuations as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

  • Jordan is a Vice President at Tower Arch Capital. Prior to joining Tower Arch, he was a Vice President on the infrastructure private equity team at Macquarie Asset Management. Jordan began his career in management consulting at EY-Parthenon. Jordan received a Bachelor of Science in Economics, cum laude, from Brigham Young University.

  • Brandon is a Senior Associate at Tower Arch Capital. Prior to joining Tower Arch, he worked for Credit Suisse as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Technology Group in New York. At Credit Suisse, Brandon helped advise clients in various technology sectors on M&A and capital markets transactions. Brandon received a Bachelor of Science in Finance, summa cum laude, from Brigham Young University.

  • Talmage is an Associate at Tower Arch Capital. Prior to joining Tower Arch, he worked for Deloitte Consulting as a Strategy Analyst in New York City. At Deloitte, Talmage helped advise clients in various stages of the M&A lifecycle and across various industries. Talmage received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University.

  • Christian is the Tax Manager and Chief Compliance Officer at Tower Arch Capital. Prior to joining Tower Arch Christian was a Tax Senior Manager at PwC and also spent time at Deloitte. He’s spent the last seven years working directly with private equity and venture capital clients locally and in the Bay Area, supporting firms with their deal compliance, fund structuring, and domestic and international tax reporting and withholding obligations. Christian received his Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Utah. Christian is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also volunteers with the Mountain West Capital Network.

  • James is a Principal at Tower Arch Capital. Prior to joining Tower Arch, he worked for McKinsey & Company where he advised clients on topics including merger management, marketing & sales, and product development. James received his Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School with honors and has a Bachelors and Masters in Accounting from Brigham Young University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of ACS Manufacturing and Infolinks.

  • Nate is an Associate at Tower Arch Capital. Prior to joining Tower Arch, he was a Business Analyst with McKinsey & Company in their Houston Office. While at McKinsey, Nate advised clients across industries on corporate strategy, productivity, and growth acceleration. Nate received a Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University.

  • Kathy is the Office Manager at Tower Arch Capital. Prior to joining Tower Arch, she was a personal assistant to the CFO of TCS, Inc. Kathy began her career working as an office manager and licensed insurance agent, specializing in both personal insurance lines and commercial policies. She enjoys spending time with family, and is active in the community where she manages the financial operations for a local nonprofit.

  • Philip is a Vice President at Tower Arch Capital. Prior to joining Tower Arch, he worked as an investment professional at New Mountain Capital and in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Credit Suisse. Philip received his Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance, University Honors, from Brigham Young University.

  • Rhett is a Partner at Tower Arch Capital. Prior to co-founding Tower Arch Capital, he was a Partner at Huntsman Gay Global Capital and also worked at Sorenson Capital Partners and Highland Capital Partners. Rhett began his career in the Investment Banking Group at Goldman Sachs.

    Rhett received a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Science in Psychology, summa cum laude, from Brigham Young University, where he was valedictorian. He is a member of the Board of Directors of ACS Manufacturing, Infolinks, ITS, Nexeo HR Solutions, Panoramic Doors, and SnugZ USA and is a former Director of Kiinde, PathlineEmerge, and Softvision.

  • McKay is a Vice President at Tower Arch Capital. Prior to joining Tower Arch, McKay worked for Bain & Company and LEK Consulting where he advised clients on growth strategy, performance improvement, and acquisition due diligence. McKay received a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management where he was an F.C. Austin Scholar, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Strategy from Brigham Young University.

  • Madi is a Vice President at Tower Arch Capital leading Business Development. Prior to joining Tower Arch, she was a Vice President at New State Capital Partners in Newport Beach, CA, where she worked in business development sourcing investment opportunities. Madi received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, magna cum laude, and Master of Science in Finance from the University of Cincinnati.

  • Ryan is an Assistant Controller at Tower Arch Capital. Prior to joining Tower Arch, he was a Fund Accountant at alterDomus where he provided various fund administration and financial reporting services to private equity and real estate clients. Ryan received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, summa cum laude, from Utah Valley University.

  • David is a Partner at Tower Arch Capital. Prior to co-founding Tower Arch Capital, he was a Principal at Huntsman Gay Global Capital where he was actively involved with sourcing, executing and managing portfolio investments. David began his career in Management Consulting at Bain & Company where he led teams assisting Fortune 500 companies with strategic and operational issues in numerous industries.

    David received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy, magna cum laude, from Harvard College, his juris Doctorate from Stanford Law School, and his Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the Board of Directors of HardRock Infrastructure Services, Infolinks, Miller Industries, Panoramic Doors, OSM Worldwide, SnugZ USA, and TD&I and is a former Director of Corbett Technology Solutions, Inc., Kiinde, and Softvision.

  • Drew is a Vice President at Tower Arch Capital. Prior to joining Tower Arch, he worked for McKinsey & Company where he advised clients on topics including operations, marketing & sales, and merger management. Drew received his Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a double major in Russian, summa cum laude, from Brigham Young University.

  • Prior to joining Tower Arch, Jake was a Management Consultant with Boston Consulting Group. While at BCG, Jake primarily advised clients in their Principal Investors & Private Equity and Corporate Strategy practice areas. Jake received a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Management, Magna Cum Laude, from Brigham Young University.

  • Adam is an Associate at Tower Arch Capital focused on Business Development. Prior to joining Tower Arch, he led a deal originations team at Harvey & Company in Newport Beach, CA, where he worked in sourcing investment opportunities within financial services and education markets. Adam received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Boston University.

  • Kaitlyn is the Administrative Assistant at Tower Arch Capital. Prior to joining Tower Arch, she supported teams across creative and administrative roles, gaining experience in office coordination, communication, and client relations. Kaitlyn received her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Brigham Young University. Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys photography, exploring new places, and spending time with friends and family.

  • Dru is an Associate at Tower Arch Capital. Prior to joining Tower Arch, he worked at Gauge Capital in Dallas, Texas, where he evaluated and executed new investments, supported portfolio companies, and conducted thematic research. Dru earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University.

  • Charlee is an Associate at Tower Arch Capital. Prior to joining Tower Arch, she worked for UBS as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Media & Telecom Group in New York. While at UBS, Charlee helped advise on a variety of strategic M&A transactions and capital raises. Charlee received a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Math from Brigham Young University.
